Meet the storyteller inside you and learn how to create stories on-the-spot tailored to your child.
Join the workshop to discover the enchanting world of storytelling as a powerful tool for building deep connections with your child.
Tailored for parents with children aged 3-6, this workshop focuses on playful techniques to explore emotions, support language development, and strengthen the bond between you and your little one.
Learn how to effortlessly create imaginative stories on the spot, fostering creativity and communication skills in your child.
Through interactive exercises and collaboration with other parents, you’ll unlock the storyteller within you, boosting your confidence and transforming storytelling into a delightful and enriching experience for both you and your child.
You will learn
- The advantages of storytelling for children and parents
- Where to start? Where to find inspiration?
- The structure of a story
- Skills such as listening, and character-crafting
This course is for parents, grandparents, other caregivers or people who interact a lot with pre-primary school age children.
It will be conducted in English.
No previous knowledge and experience required.
The workshop is made up of 2-hour sessions taking place on two Saturday mornings on 13 & 27 April 2024, from 9 to 11 am, two weeks apart to allow you to apply what you’ve learnt in between. It will be held in Zurich, near Sihlcity for a total price of 70 SFr.
