Studio Other Spaces "Spatial Solidarities"

The Gelbe Haus Flims is hosting the exhibition "Spatial Solidarities" for one year. The Studio Other Spaces (SOS), behind which the internationally active artists Olafur Eliasson and Sebastian Behmann stand, was invited for this. Works by the Berlin office will be shown on three levels alongside local projects and initiatives. The exhibition house will be transformed into a space for experimentation. Studio Other Spaces presents a selection of projects from the last decade in dialogue with local initiatives and concepts from Flims and the surrounding area, offering diverse new narratives on agricultural, social and infrastructural issues. The exhibition aims to show new ways that can contribute to the development of methods and technologies for a future-oriented perspective of spatial designs. "Spatial Solidarities" is a call for new forms of togetherness based on the pursuit of common interests and aims to stimulate the creation of spatial solidarities between urban and rural areas.
