This summer, discover the secrets behind the production of Aigle-made gherkins, baby onions and mustards during an exclusive tour of Switzerland’s only canning factory.

You’ll go behind the scenes of the production of the famous HUGO products, grown and processed right here in Aigle. From preparing the vegetables to traditional recipes, every step will reveal authentic and fascinating expertise.

The tour ends with a visit to the Hugo Shop, where you’ll be offered a tasting. A convivial moment to savour local produce and, if you wish, take home a few regional specialities.

A lovely summer outing, free of charge thanks to Aigle Tourism, available in July and August to discover the region’s gastronomic treasures in a different way.
