- 15 minutes before the start of the tour at the reception building

- 18°C all year round; warm clothing is recommended

- The visitor areas are well ventilated and well lit. Comfortable footwear is recommended
ACCESSIBILITY
- The tour is suitable for all age groups. For safety reasons, visitors must be able to move around the mine without using aids such as wheelchairs, walkers or pushchairs
