POWERPLAY - 30 years of Hardrock: In 1994, four guys with a long history in rock music put a band together that was going to present no-nonsense hardrock'n'roll to the world - and beyond. For more than ten years, the characteristic POWERPLAY sound was the band's trademark. During this time, the band was also recording the two CDs "Hasta la Vista - Baby..." and "On Fire".Fall of 2017, the founding members met for a "just for fun" gig and decid - after a 13-year break. The REUNION concert in March 2018 (in the "Stube") marked the band's second period start. In 2024 the band celebrates the 30th anniversary. Nomen est omen... POWERPLAY further stands for powerful Rock'n'Roll without hitches, hiccups and yawns. The repertoire with own songs and covers goes down well with a wide audience. It's gonna blow your brain (blowing your brain may be hazardous to your health).
