Night is both space and time. How does it shape the way we perceive the landscape? Where does it lead our gaze? And how can we depict the ambiguous, mysterious and beguiling night that has always inspired artists? French photographer Régis Feugère takes us on a fascinating journey to the edges of a world without sun. Régis Feugère (1976*) has taken part in various international photography exhibitions and festivals. His work has been promoted and awarded by renowned institutions. Since 2016, he has been particularly interested in the relationship between photography and the perception of reality. Feugère lives in Angoulême, France, and was a guest artist in residence at Villa Ruffieux in Sierre from June to August 2024. During this time, he visited the Binntal valley several times.
