Artists who can play, in the "naive/childlike" sense, but also in the serious/mature, musical sense. You could say they are Valaisan veterans who don't let anyone carve their way into their hearts. The music is partly improvised, partly composed. They play just what the day demands. Contrary to the digital zeitgeist, which is lost in a brain fog, everything here is analog, organic and handcrafted. Ephraim Salzmann, Gilbert "Speedy" Jossen and Daniel Blatter are sound creators who alternate between searching and finding, sometimes quietly, sometimes loudly, perhaps failing, perhaps succeeding.
The audience will only find out what happens to them that evening. One thing is certain, the three will have nothing to lose. That's what makes their music what art should always be: free.
