Chasselas has been grown in the Geneva area for over 1000 years. This indicates that its centre of origin and distribution is probably in this region.
During this event, you will move from theory to practice by tasting 5 different types of Chasselas: Giclet, Bois Rouge, Fendant Rouge, Fendant Vert and Blanchette.
