Remarks
During the approximately one-hour yoga practice, we connect flowing movements with conscious breathing. The session is suitable for anyone who wants to take time for movement, relaxation, and themselves. No prior knowledge is required, and yoga mats are available on-site.

Afterwards, a rich breakfast awaits you at the mountain restaurant Gemmi Lodge. Nourish yourself with regional delicacies and then enjoy the day in the fascinating mountain world of Gemmi.
