Join us on 3, 4 and 5 October for the Coupe du Monde de la Raisinée, which will bring together some fifty teams of cooks!
For the uninitiated: Raisinée (also known as vino cotto) is a Swiss culinary speciality traditionally prepared in autumn. The juice from apples and pears is cooked in large pots over a wood fire for several hours. The concentrated juice is used as a base for delicious grape tarts and other desserts.
The programme for this festive weekend includes
\- competition for the best grape \(cooked over the weekend\)
\- wine cellar, snack bar and grape area
\- dinner show and brunch
\- market of local products
\- entertainment and music
\- raffle
\- exhibition of vintage tractors
