To make it easier to organise your outings, Nendaz and Veysonnaz Tourisme offer a shuttle service between the two resorts.
This shuttle allows you to explore the neighbouring destination, Nendaz. It allows you to travel by bus and return on foot along the magnificent bisses Vieux or du Milieu and bisse de Vex.
From Nendaz, a connection is also possible, by changing buses, to Planchouet and Siviez.
Families with small children can take advantage of this possibility to shorten the hike and make a a one way walk along the Bisse de Vex, making it even more accessible to all ages! Just take an extra bus between Nendaz and Planchouet (pay attention to correspondence). Pushchairs, even all-terrain ones, are not ideal for this walk, as some of the bridges are too narrow.
From Siviez, it is interesting to return to Veysonnaz via the mountains using the ski lifts. From Combatseline to Thyon via the ancient bisse de Chervé. The return to the village of Veysonnaz can be done on foot through the Forêt Noire via Verrey or through the mid-mountain pastures. Whichever itinerary you choose, the descent can be quite demanding, in which case don't hesitate to use the Mayens gondola, which brings you back to your starting point very comfortably.
