Società Filarmonica di Agno

About us

The Agno Philharmonic Society is a musical association founded in 1922. The club is active in local life and participates in significant events in the Municipality of Agno and surrounding towns. The Philharmonic offers members the opportunity to play together and participate in weekly rehearsals. A central element of the association is its Music School, associated with the FEBATI courses. The school offers a minimum of four years of training with lessons in theory, solfeggio, singing, and instrumental music. The school's primary goal is to prepare students to join the Philharmonic as musicians. The instruments taught are those typical of a band, such as the flute, clarinet, saxophone, brass instruments, tuba, and percussion. The school welcomes children ages 9 and up and offers personalized programs for adults. The Agno Philharmonic is therefore open to anyone interested in band music and wishing to learn an instrument or play in a group.
