The Junior Movement (MJOR) is an umbrella organization for the junior sections of the football clubs in Arnex, Baulmes, Bavois, Champvent, Chavornay-Sports, Ependes, Montcherand, Orbe, Rances, and Suchy-Sports. This movement is one of the largest junior associations in the canton of Vaud, with over 46 teams and 560 junior players. The MJOR's objective is to develop young people in football so they can later integrate into the senior teams of partner clubs. The movement applies the training philosophy of the Swiss Football Association and Youth+Sport, based on four pillars: Training, Competence, Respect, and Enjoyment. The MJOR is open to all children and teenagers in the region, regardless of their background or skill level. It aims to ensure the physical development of young people through play, while simultaneously developing their fundamental skills and techniques. Furthermore, he wishes to instill the collective values ​​of football such as sociability, respect for others, personal achievement, sportsmanship and discipline.
