Feuerwehrverein Balgach

The Balgach Fire Brigade Association is a club founded in 1945 to foster camaraderie among former members of the rescue corps. The association's primary purpose is to cultivate good fellowship and mutual support among its members. It also promotes firefighting in general and contributes to maintaining a strong sense of unity. The association offers its members regular events such as card tournaments, annual general meetings, and various excursions. Membership is open to any member of the Balgach Fire Brigade, Mittelrheintal Company, with distinctions made between active, honorary, and retired members. Retired members have voting rights as long as they pay their annual dues. The association also organizes a family day every two years and an annual day trip. In addition, the association rents out equipment such as picnic tables and portable toilets.
