Shotokan Karatedo Aesch

Shotokan Karatedo Aesch is a club dedicated to the traditional martial art of Shotokan Karate-Do. Since 1985, the club has been passing on the techniques and philosophy of karate to people of all ages. Members train at a high level in various groups, which regularly leads to excellent results in competitions. The club offers training sessions three days a week. Training in traditional Shotokan Karate-Do includes Kihon, Kata, and Kumite. The club welcomes children from the age of seven, teenagers, and adults. Its guiding principle places the karate practitioners at the center and aims to ensure they feel comfortable within the martial arts culture.
