Musikgesellschaft Bargen

The Bargen Music Society is a small music club in the Bernese Seeland region, founded in 1865. Currently, it has approximately twenty members. The band performs as a brass band in the fourth division. The society offers a taster course for anyone interested in music. This course is aimed at children and young people from first grade onward, as well as adults of all ages. Participants can try out brass instruments such as cornet, flugelhorn, E-flat horn, baritone, trombone, euphonium, and bass. The instruments and sheet music are provided by the society. The highlight of the taster course is a performance as junior brass players at the annual concert.
