Hope Sozialwerk

Hope Social Services is a non-profit organization based in Wolfhausen, Zurich. Its primary goal is to empower people facing difficult circumstances to help themselves. The organization is not profit-oriented and focuses its work on providing support in Switzerland and Romania. In Switzerland, the organization offers various services, including job placement for people seeking supplemental income. It also organizes a weekly food distribution for those in need. Several times a year, clothing is collected and distributed for Eastern Europe. At Christmastime, food bags and gifts are distributed to children in Romania. The organization also operates Hope Secondhand, Hope Brocki (a secondhand shop), and a sewing and mending group. Members of the organization have voting rights.
