Paroisse du Joran

The Joran Parish is a Reformed parish covering the municipalities of Boudry, Cortaillod, and La Grande Béroche. It strives to be a welcoming place, offering a space for encountering God and others in freedom. The parish offers a variety of services, messages, and sermons. It caters to families and individuals of all ages through specific activities such as Faith Formation, Children's Worship, and family services. For young people, it organizes tailored catechism programs such as the Catechism Passport for 10-13 year olds and the à la carte Catechism program for 11th graders, including summer camps. The parish is deeply committed to community life and solidarity through its Diaconate. It supports charitable organizations like Terre Nouvelle and carries out concrete actions, notably providing active support to asylum seekers through the RequérENSEMBLE platform and regular drop-in sessions. Community life is enlivened by prayer groups and regular events in the various locations of the parish. It also offers spiritual guidance such as Inner Healing and Joran Yoga, as well as wedding blessing celebrations. Finally, it makes several parish halls available for rent in its different locations.
