About us

The Démoret Men's Choir is a male choir that has existed since 1918. Currently composed of about thirty singers and directed by Isabelle Vallon, it perpetuates the choral and theatrical tradition of the village. The choir is part of the Giron de la Menthue. It performs several times a year at the Théâtre des Javelles, a small local performance venue. The choir members are divided into four sections: tenors 1, tenors 2, baritones, and basses. The club offers the opportunity to join a male vocal ensemble. It is open to men who wish to sing and participate in local cultural life.
