About us
The senior citizens' group is one of the sections within the Dinhard Gymnastics Club. Within the men's section, a group specifically for senior citizens is mentioned. These seniors train every Thursday evening from 8:00 p.m. in the gymnasium. This program is aimed at older members of the gymnastics club. Joint exercise sessions are offered.
