Turnverein Dinhard - Geräteriege

The gymnastics section of the Dinhard Gymnastics Club, specifically the "Youth Team Gymnastics" division, is dedicated to Swiss team gymnastics. In this discipline, a group of at least six gymnasts presents a routine to music. Individual execution, synchronicity, and program composition are all evaluated. The group focuses passionately on floor exercises. They rehearse a musical program that combines elements of choreography, floor gymnastics, and acrobatics. These performances are showcased at various competitions and gymnastics festivals. The goal is to participate in the Swiss Youth Team Gymnastics Championships every two years. Members specifically train floor gymnastics elements, acrobatics, and dance. Training is supplemented with strength and conditioning exercises, while fun is ensured through multi-sport games. The group currently consists of 24 gymnasts. Good knowledge of gymnastics is a prerequisite for new members.
