Naturschutzverein Aare-Rhein

The Aare-Rhein Nature Conservation Association is a regional organization formed from the merger of several nature conservation associations. It is a member of BirdLife Aargau. The association supports the natural diversity of plants and animals by creating and maintaining their natural habitats. The association provides its members and the public with information and raises awareness about nature and environmental issues through excursions, guided tours, and lectures. Members can also actively participate in work projects, such as controlling invasive plant species or maintaining nesting boxes. The association is aimed at individuals who wish to contribute to nature and landscape conservation in the municipalities of the parish and the lower Aare Valley.
