Turnverein Räterschen - Männerriege

The Räterschen Men's Gymnastics Club is an independent association in the municipality of Elsau. The club promotes sport, games, fun, and camaraderie. It consists of an active group and a group of alumni. The club offers a wide range of fitness activities. The active group meets every Wednesday evening for gymnastics. The program includes warm-up, stretching, flexibility exercises, as well as strength, endurance, and coordination training. Technical training for various sports is also offered, including general gymnastics, spinal exercises, and Pilates. A significant portion of the evenings is dedicated to games such as volleyball or fistball. When the weather is nice, outdoor activities like walking or beach volleyball are also offered. The target group is men who are interested in sports and socializing.
