Samariterverein Fiesch-Fieschertal

The Fiesch-Fieschertal Samaritan Association belongs to the Goms region. This association organizes and conducts various courses for the general public. It also offers specially tailored first aid courses for companies, schools, and other organizations. Members participate in monthly internal training sessions. Once a year, a medical or specialist lecture is held for Samaritans and the general public. The association staffs Samaritan stations at events. Through the Goms First Responder Group, it supports the emergency services. The association provides clothing donation bins. A blood drive is held annually in Gluringen in the spring. The Samaritans support their partner organizations in rescue operations. They are an important part of community and village life. Their services are aimed at the general public as well as specific groups who wish to further their first aid training.
