Schützen Flurlingen-Uhwiesen

The Flurlingen-Uhwiesen Shooting Club is an association formed from the merger of several older shooting clubs. The club's primary purpose is to promote sport shooting. They maintain and improve the shooting skills of their members. The club also conducts the mandatory federal shooting exercises according to the regulations of the Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport (VBS). In addition to sport shooting, the club places great emphasis on fostering good camaraderie and maintaining contact with the local community. Club members participate in various regional and cantonal shooting events. An annual program of shooting at their own clubhouse is offered, as well as a calendar for events at other locations. There are specific programs for young members, such as the junior shooting course.
