Feldschützengesellschaft Giffers-Tentlingen

The Giffers-Tentlingen Rifle Club is an association under Article 60ff of the Swiss Civil Code, founded in 1826. The club offers its members participation in various shooting events and training opportunities. An important annual event is the Harz Shooting Competition, which has been held since 1964. Regular training sessions are held on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. In addition, preparation for and participation in cantonal and national shooting events such as the Field Shooting Competition and the Murten Shooting Competition are offered. The club is also committed to training, as evidenced by its junior marksman course. The club's target group includes shooters from Giffers and Tentlingen, as well as anyone interested in the sport of shooting.
