Società Pallacanestro STAR Gordola is a basketball club founded in 1971. The club has a long history of success at the cantonal and national levels. STAR Gordola emphasizes being a place for leisure activities and promotes ethical values under the motto "STAR… bene insieme," which means "being good together." The club offers basketball activities for various age groups. There is a basketball school for the youngest players. In addition, the club maintains several youth teams from U10 to U18. Alongside the youth teams, a senior team also participates in league play. The club strives to provide its members with a welcoming and supportive environment.
