Seeband Muntelier

The Seeband Muntelier is a creative harmony band from the Lake Murten region. It consists of young and young-at-heart musicians. We are united by our love of modern music and the idea of ​​a relaxed, fun-filled band. The band prefers to play impressive film soundtracks and famous pop songs, each with a different concert theme. Performances are often accompanied by various instrumental and vocal groups. The musicians rehearse only twice a month. There are no membership fees, uniforms, or competitions. The Seeband offers its members a musical leisure adventure. In addition to rehearsals, there is an annual concert in June and a winter concert in December. The band also participates in the spring festival at the Blumen Dietrich garden center. The Seeband also fosters a sense of community through two to three annual events, which have taken them to the French Riviera and Piedmont. The target group is young people who enjoy playing modern music and are looking for an uncomplicated musical environment. About a third of the members are apprentices and students. The band benefits from a mix of trained and amateur musicians. The club's activities are characterized by its bilingual leadership.
