Société de pêche

The Société de pêche is a fishing club located in Grimisuat. It was founded in 1951 and currently gathers about 90 members of all ages. The club strives to keep the beautiful hobby of fishing financially accessible for everyone. Members have access to fishing opportunities, although current access is restricted due to legal issues concerning the water body. The club offers a convivial and family atmosphere for both experienced anglers and younger participants. Members benefit from the use of a clubhouse with a covered area. The society is involved in the management of the fishing area and the maintenance of the pond surroundings, including providing benches for hikers. A key aspect of their work involves the training and sharing of fishing passion with children. They also organize events in their facilities, such as the national holiday celebration, and these facilities can be rented upon prior request. The club aims to preserve and even improve the local biotope.
