Modellflugruppe Interlaken

The Interlaken Model Aircraft Club is an association dedicated to promoting model aircraft flying in the Interlaken region. The club has existed for almost 100 years and offers its members the opportunity to experience all facets of model flying. This includes free flight, powered flight, gliding, helicopter flying, electric flight, and the operation of scale and jet models. Regular meetings are held, including a weekly gathering on Wednesday evenings at the clubhouse, as well as a monthly meeting on the first Wednesday of each month for information exchange. Specific regulations for the use of the flying field and an annual program with various events are provided. Technical support is available for new members seeking assistance from the construction manager and junior coordinator. Membership is open to model aircraft enthusiasts of all ages who wish to pursue this serious hobby.
