TV und Jugi Innertkirchen

TV and Jugi Innertkirchen is a dedicated gymnastics club specializing in competitive artistic gymnastics. The club's focus is on artistic gymnastics, a typically Swiss sport that promotes strength, flexibility, and coordination. The club participates annually in various regional and cantonal competitions to showcase its members' skills. The female gymnasts demonstrate their abilities in a four-event competition on the horizontal bar, floor exercise, rings, and vault, while the male gymnasts compete in a five-event competition that also includes the parallel bars. Training places great emphasis on a solid foundation in the apparatus, while always prioritizing the enjoyment of gymnastics. In addition, the club organizes a show evening, the "Saltochailbi," every two years to present gymnastics in an entertaining way. The active members train once or twice a week, focusing on the parallel bars, horizontal bar, and all-around competition, and also enjoy social activities after the competition season. The club's target group is gymnasts who are interested in apparatus gymnastics and enjoy athletic activity with a focus on competitions. Introductory training sessions are offered for girls and boys from first grade onwards before the autumn holidays.
