Stiftung Hofacker Weinfelden

The Hofacker Foundation in Weinfelden is an institution that supports adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. The foundation focuses entirely on the needs and abilities of the individuals it supports. It offers a range of supported living options and individualized day programs. These services create a dignified and self-determined environment for its clients. The day programs include work in workshops with commercial projects, the production of personal items, and creative activities. At one location, work in the kitchen, groundskeeping, and housekeeping is also offered, as well as specific day programs for older adults. The target group is adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities.
