APE – La Tène (Association des Parents d'Elèves de La Tène)

The La Tène Parents' Association (APE La Tène) is a non-profit organization that has been working for over forty years to maintain the link between families and the school in the town of La Tène. The association is for parents of schoolchildren in the town. It organizes supervised homework sessions for students from 3rd to 8th grade (HarmoS). Each year, the APE publishes a guide to extracurricular activities and useful addresses. It also offers conferences, debates, and awareness days on various educational and social topics. A reading workshop, called "Ecouter Lire" (Listen and Read), is offered to students from 4th to 6th grade (HarmoS). The association collaborates with other organizations and is available to parents while guaranteeing respect and anonymity.
