Männerriege Eggethof

The Eggethof Men's Gymnastics Group is part of the STV Eggethof sports club. It offers its members a diverse gymnastics program. Training takes place both indoors during the winter and outdoors on grass or in the woods during the summer. The program incorporates playful elements and also promotes flexibility through strengthening and stretching exercises. The sessions conclude with various team sports such as floorball, soccer, volleyball, fistball, or badminton, with participation as much or as little as desired. In addition to the gymnastics sessions, there are social activities outside the gym once a month. These include visits to the thermal baths, bowling, bocce, cycling tours, skiing, or hiking. Socializing is considered an important part of club life. The target group for the Men's Gymnastics Group is athletically inclined men between the ages of 35 and 70 who also have a good sense of humor. Members also enthusiastically participate in the STV Eggethof gymnastics show.
