Turnverein Embrach

The Embrach Gymnastics Club is a multi-sport club with a long history. The club offers a diverse program for various age groups. The adult section focuses on track and field and team sports such as volleyball and floorball. The women's section emphasizes gymnastics, stretching, and fitness for women aged 50 and over, without competitive participation. The youth section introduces children and teenagers to the joy of sports through apparatus gymnastics, Swiss national gymnastics, track and field, and games. For the youngest members, there is children's gymnastics, where fun and movement with equipment are the main focus. Parent-child gymnastics playfully promotes the joy of movement in young children and their caregivers. Additionally, a general fitness group is offered for everyone.
