Karaté Estavayer-le-Lac

Karate Do Estavayer is a traditional karate school that has been in operation since December 4, 2000. The club is a member of the Karate Do Academy Switzerland (KDAS) and the cantonal associations AVFK. Traditional karate with a non-competitive approach is practiced. The school offers classes for all ages. There are also special classes for adults over 30 who want to become physically active again. In training, members learn to better understand their bodies, improve their balance, learn self-defense, become more flexible, and feel better overall. The instructors are trained by Jeunesse et Sport (J&S). Courses are offered for various age groups, including beginners aged 6 to 8, beginners aged 8 to 10, beginners aged 10 and up, and advanced students. There is also a special class for adults over 30.
