Avel.M - Associazione Vela Magliaso

The Magliaso Sailing Association, known as AVEL.M, is a club founded in 2012 in Magliaso. The association's primary goal is to offer enthusiasts the opportunity to practice sailing in a peaceful and stimulating environment. Over time, AVEL.M has expanded its offerings to include kayaking and SUP activities. The club offers members a welcoming space at the Magliaso Lido. The association is open to everyone, including members, families, youth, and adults of all ages. In addition to sports activities, social events such as barbecues and parties are organized during the summer to encourage members to meet. AVEL.M also offers specialized courses, such as free introductions to sailing for beginners, a preparatory course for the Category D cabin cruiser sailing exam, and Yoga-SUP lessons. An important goal of the club is to develop stimulating activities for young people and offer a recreational hub for families. The association also aims to promote the integration of disabled and elderly people through sailing and to promote environmental education for the protection of the lake.
