Verein Film Fest

The Film Fest Association is a group of film and festival enthusiasts. They organize the Malans Film Festival once a year. New members are always welcome, without any special qualifications required. The focus of the film festival is on culture and community. Visitors can watch films together and afterwards gather in a specially set up restaurant. The film selection concentrates on productions that are rarely shown in major cinemas, often with a connection to Malans, Graubünden, or Switzerland, but also includes international works. Young filmmakers often have the opportunity to present their productions. Filmmakers are frequently present to engage in conversation with the audience. There is also a children's program for all ages. The organizers change the theme each year to give the festival a personal touch.
