Fondazione Diamante

The Diamante Foundation is a social enterprise founded in 1978 dedicated to adults with disabilities. Our primary goal is to promote their social and professional inclusion. We offer users the opportunity to make themselves useful and practice their skills through a variety of work and housing options. We operate thirteen workshops spread across the canton, offering a variety of productive activities, from horticulture and mechanics to catering and graphic design. The Foundation also provides job placement services in public and private companies, ensuring ongoing socio-educational support. Regarding housing support, we offer sheltered accommodations, sheltered apartments, and in-home support services to foster independence. The Diamante Foundation also offers a wide range of professional products and services, including catering and restaurant services, graphic design and printing services, maintenance, gardening, laundry, and even organic food production. Our target audience is adults with disabilities who require socio-educational support for their integration.
