SOCIETÀ FEDERALE DI GINNASTICA (SFG)

The Federal Gymnastics Society (SFG) of Melide is a sports association affiliated with the Swiss Gymnastics Federation. The club offers a wide and varied range of sports and physical activity programs suitable for different age groups. For younger children, there is a Parent-Child program, designed for children aged 18 months to 4 years, and preschool gymnastics for children in their second and third year of kindergarten. Elementary school children can choose from basketball, floorball, and volleyball. Adults can choose from women's gymnastics, yoga, and dynamic programs such as Fit & Tone and Dance for Fun. Team activities such as Indiaca and amateur volleyball are also available. The SFG's goal is to provide opportunities to meet physical and athletic needs and foster social interaction.
