Associazione sezioni samaritane Ticino e Moesano (ASSTM)

The Association of Samaritan Sections of Ticino and Moesano, known as ASSTM, is the association that brings together the Samaritan sections of the Cantons of Ticino and Moesano, and is an active member of Samaritans Switzerland. The ASSTM aims to promote and develop Samaritan work. It offers its members the opportunity to acquire and deepen their knowledge of first aid through numerous courses. These courses range from the First Aid Course, required for obtaining a license, to more advanced training such as IAS levels, including specific courses on BLS-AED and pediatric emergencies. Members can also actively participate in the association's social and administrative life. The ASSTM also supports the organization of medical services during events. The association is open to anyone wishing to serve others, operating according to the Red Cross's principles of humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, volunteerism, unity, and universality. The training program is aimed at both the general public, including aspiring drivers and parents, and those wishing to further specialize in rescue.
