Montreux-Rennaz Cyclisme

Montreux-Rennaz Cycling is a dynamic club formed from the merger of several older clubs, based in the Riviera Chablais region. Our main objective is to develop cycling and foster friendly and sporting connections among our members. The club specializes in mountain biking, road cycling, cyclocross, and track cycling. We offer a variety of activities and facilities for our members. Our mountain biking school trains young people from the age of 5 with weekly training sessions focused on technique, physical conditioning, respect for the environment and equipment, and, for some, competition preparation. We also offer cyclocross training for children from the age of 10 and a road cycling group for members aged 13 and over, subject to the coaches' approval. Our coaches are J&S Sport certified. For competitive cyclists, we offer the opportunity to participate in regional and national mountain bike races, and we accompany children to some of these events. The club also provides equipment at discounted prices for all members, and young beginners can receive free equipment with a one-year commitment. An annual general meeting helps maintain the club's friendly and cohesive atmosphere. The club's target audience is primarily cycling enthusiasts across these various disciplines, with a strong focus on training and coaching young cyclists from age 5, up to elite levels for competition.
