About us
The Rizel Ski Club is an association founded in 1936 by ski enthusiasts who love the snowy slopes around Rizel. The club now has over seventy members. Each year, it organizes a ski trip as well as the Rizel Derby. Members also participate in the upkeep of their mountain hut, called the Cabaski. This hut, located at an altitude of 1,474 meters, offers a remarkable view of Lake Geneva and the Alps. The club allows its members to reserve the Cabaski free of charge once a year for a stay. Members can also rent the hut for additional weekdays or for a weekend for a fee. Non-members also have the option of reserving the Cabaski, either for a full weekend or for weekdays, at a different rate. The club requires that all users of the Cabaski adhere to strict rules regarding its use and cleanliness.
