Sportclub Hulftegg

The Hulftegg Sports Club is an association dedicated to promoting multi-sport activities and camaraderie. Originally founded in 1943 as a ski club, it later expanded its offerings to include other sporting activities. The club currently boasts over one hundred members. Hulftegg Sports Club offers its members a variety of internal events and courses to encourage physical activity and social interaction. These include the annual awarding of the Athlete of the Year in various disciplines. Some members also participate in national competitions in sports such as running, biking, and triathlon. In addition, there are social events like a St. Nicholas celebration, a volunteer appreciation gathering, and club trips. The club organizes two major public events annually. One is the traditional Hulftegg Relay, a multi-sport team event covering 25 kilometers with various disciplines. The other is the Mühlrüti Carnival Party, considered the kickoff to the carnival season in the region. Furthermore, the sports club, in cooperation with the Mühlrüti Youth Group, organizes the Kids Cross for children. The target group of the Hulftegg Sports Club comprises sports enthusiasts who enjoy a variety of activities and the camaraderie of the club. Its major events attract both competitive athletes and many guests and partygoers. The club welcomes new members and guests to its events.
