This document describes the Ländli Foundation, which emerged from the former Ländli Diaconal Association. The Ländli Foundation is not a traditional membership association or club in the usual sense. It is an organization encompassing various social and diaconal fields. The Ländli Sisterhood of Oberägeri is part of this foundation and sees itself as an evangelical community living in a committed faith, life, and service community. Through its various facilities, the foundation offers support to people in social need. These include a retirement and nursing home, a social institution for people with mental health challenges, a children's home, and a hotel and seminar center. The sisterhood provides the spiritual foundation and lives out a vocation according to Jesus Christ. The target group for these services includes people who need care, support, a home, or assistance in difficult life situations, as well as those seeking educational and recreational opportunities.
