The Waldenburg District Homeowners' Association is an organization for property owners in the Waldenburg region and surrounding areas. We offer our members comprehensive legal advice on tenancy and property law issues. Members have access to mediation services and receive important forms and contracts. We provide information on current topics in politics, tax law, and urban planning that affect homeowners and landlords. Furthermore, we offer our members various online tools and statistics, for example, for property valuation and utility bill calculations. Members benefit from discounts on insurance, travel, and various products. We publish our own newspaper and an e-paper to keep members up-to-date. The association also offers various courses to deepen expertise in areas such as renting and property management. The association's target group includes all individuals who own residential property or are involved in real estate matters.
