Feld- und Werkbahn-Freunde

We are the Swiss Association of Field and Industrial Railway Enthusiasts, or FWF for short. Our goal is to preserve a piece of field railway history for future generations. We maintain and restore an impressive collection of wagons, locomotives, and accessories. We are working to make this collection accessible to the public as a museum in Otelfingen. In addition to operating our railway on our grounds, we set up mobile model railways for village festivals and events. We offer our members the opportunity to actively participate in overhauls, train operations, and the preservation of our exhibits. We are looking for members, patrons, and donors; everyone who enjoys railways is welcome. We also offer the possibility of renting our grounds for private events, including rides on historic vehicles and guided tours of the collection. We also rent out field railway equipment for your own projects, if needed.
