About us
The Othmarsingen Shooting Club is an association that promotes shooting as a recreational sport. The club fosters concentration, offers exciting competitions, and values camaraderie. Members have the opportunity to participate in target shooting with service rifles and sport rifles. The club also conducts a mandatory shooting competition. Furthermore, the Othmarsingen Shooting Club offers a free junior shooting course that teaches safe handling of equipment and aims to cultivate inner calm and mental strength. This course is designed for young people born between 2005 and 2010 and includes training on the Stgw 90 assault rifle. The club's shooting range can also be rented by non-members. Shooting at the club is open to all interested individuals from the age of 10 to advanced age, with women increasingly participating successfully.
