Kirchenrat Reichenburg

The Reichenburg Parish Council is the politically elected executive body of the Roman Catholic parish. It consists of five members, one of whom, the parish priest, is a non-voting member. The Parish Council is responsible for managing the administration and overseeing church property and tax revenues. It monitors the legally compliant use of tax revenues for salaries and property maintenance. Furthermore, the Parish Council prepares business for the Parish Assembly and implements its resolutions. It submits proposals regarding business matters, budgets, accounts, and elections. The Parish Council offers members a structure for participating in shaping the parish community and managing church resources. The target group is eligible voting members of the Reichenburg Roman Catholic parish who wish to become involved in the executive body.
