Samariterverein Rohrdorf und Umgebung

The Rohrdorf and Surrounding Area Samaritan Association is a volunteer organization comprised of members from the municipalities of Niederrohrdorf, Oberrohrdorf, Künten, Stetten, Remetschwil, and Bellikon. Since its founding in 1906, the association has been committed to the safety and health of the community. It offers public courses to train people in first aid and raise awareness of accident prevention. Members regularly participate in advanced training exercises. The association also provides first aid services at local events. Three blood drives are held annually for the region. The courses are open to anyone aged 12 and over, particularly those wishing to acquire or refresh their first aid knowledge, such as those applying for a driver's license or family members of heart patients.
